Status


I was way off thinking I could get a playable demo by this weekend! A walk-around demo isn't too far off, I think, and might have happened by today under ideal circumstances, but oh well!

Content and graphics are a real burden on this. I am trying to focus on the initial, DOS-like, small graphics and some UI ideas. Maybe some larger sprites for the Visual Novel style cutscene parts will happen soon, but most of the isometric backgrounds I plan for the Visual Novel parts are delayed.

I need to get a walk-around-in-a-mansion prototype done and get cracking on the JSON files full of alternate dialog stuff this coming week... I am a little worried that I may have to hard-code just innocent and guilty versions of each character, though...
